"Nicole here is absolutely fantastic. I was struggling with how high my auto insurance premium was, and had gotten a quote from them. Months later out of the blue, got a call from Nicole that they have a much better improved quote after a rate reduction. They were able to save me a lot of money and made the process very smooth! "I spoke with Michelle Pelletier on Wednesday, September 9th. She had a car insurance quote that same day which matched the exact same coverage that I had with Progressive. But, the most impressive and surprising part was that the monthly cost would be $63.84 — a THIRD of what I was paying with my other policy. I closed on my new policy the next day.

"I had Roots auto and we were paying about 349/mo for basic auto coverage with no renters insurance.
